We know school holidays and teacher workdays can be a challenge, so we've got the perfect solution for you! While you take care of your to-do list or simply enjoy a break, your kids can have an awesome time at our one or two-day mini camp with Virginia Valor!

  • Fitness and Conditioning:

    • Our age-appropriate fitness drills will keep the players in great shape.

  • Team Building Activities:

    • Your kids will participate in activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and communication.

Two-Day Mini-Camp Schedule Example

Day 1: 

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Check-in and Warm-Up 

  • Welcome players, assign groups and begin with a dynamic warm-up session. 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Skill Stations 

  • Divide players into groups and rotate through skill stations focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. 

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Break and Snack 

  • Please bring a healthy snack and plenty of water for a hydration break. 

 

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Small-Sided Games 

  • Organize small-sided games to put skills into practice in a fun and competitive environment. 

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Lunch Break 

  • Please bring a nutritious lunch. 

1:45 PM - 2:30 PM: Fitness and Conditioning 

  • Conduct age-appropriate fitness drills and exercises to improve conditioning. 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Team Building Activities 

  • Engage in activities that promote teamwork and communication.

 

Day 2: 

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Check-in and Warm-Up

9:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Advanced Skill Drills 

  • Focus on advanced techniques and tactical awareness with drills tailored to challenge the players. 

 

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Break and Snack 

  • Please bring a healthy snack and plenty of water for a hydration break. 

 

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Mini Tournament 

  • Organize a mini-tournament with small teams to apply skills in a competitive setting. 

 

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Lunch Break 

  • Please bring a lunch. 

1:45 PM - 2:30 PM: Exciting Competitions 

  • Host fun competitions such as penalty shootouts, dribbling relays, and more. 

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Awards and Closing Ceremony 

  • Recognize standout players, hand out awards, and conclude with a closing speech.
