⚽ Welcome to the Valor 3v3 Community Cup & Toy Drive! 🎁

Join us on Saturday, November 29th at Sully Highlands Park for a one-day, fast-paced 3v3 soccer festival that’s all about fun, community, and giving back. Open to U8–U12 boys and girls, no club affiliation is required so grab your friends, classmates, or teammates and build your own squad for the day! Teams may represent their club if they wish, but the focus is on playing, competing, and supporting a great cause.

This event proudly benefits the Candlelighters of DC, supporting families impacted by pediatric cancer. Each team is encouraged to bring a toy or gift donation to help brighten the holidays for these children and their families. Come ready for goals, smiles, and memories, all while making a difference!

Check in

Tournament Check-in

While we expect coaches/parents to collect and have their signed medical release forms at all tournament games for all rostered players, we are not collecting these forms as a team check in document. Instead, coaches will certify that they have these documents on the team check in form.

Entry Deadline – Thursday, November 23th

Please log in to your Playmetrics account and follow these steps to enter your team’s roster:

 Go to “My Teams” (do not click the purple "Register" button—your team is already registered)
 Click on your team name
 Click on “Manage Roster”
 Enter the following for each player and staff member:
o Player name
o Player date of birth
o Contact info for coaches, assistant coaches and/or team managers

Once all players information is inputted, click on “More Actions” tab to edit jersey numbers.

Tournament Check-In – Morning of Tournament (30 mins before first game)

Before your first game, you must check in at your game site’s headquarters and turn in these items for team check in:

1. Official team roster. You may use our official roster form or one generated from your club. Roster numbers are not required (only uniforms need to match). Proof of Age: Players must present proof of age (hard copy or digital) at team check-in.

2. Team Check-In Form

Team Coach/Parent will be required to certify on the team check in form  that they are in possession of completed medical release forms signed by the parent and/or guardian and that the forms will be in their possession at every game.  The medical release form in possession by the coach can
be a tournament medical release forms, club release forms or other generic release forms.

We look forward to a great tournament! If you have any questions, please email dsutherland@virginiavalorfc.org
